Washington Union receiver Deontay Greenberry has been named the Cal-High Sports Mr. Football State Player of the Year. The senior receiver is just the fourth Central Valley player to be honored with the award.
This season Greenberry set state receiving records with 2,165 yards and 33 touchdowns.
He also led the Panthers to the Division III State Championship with a perfect (14-0) record.
Greenberry has verbally committed to play at Notre Dame
