A recent hamstring injury has helped Jenna Prandini decide which three events she will compete in at the upcoming State Track Meet at Buchanan High School.
The Clovis High Senior will compete in the 100 & 200 meter dashes and the long jump. She will not compete in the triple jump, an event she won at last year's state meet.
Prandini is the Central Sections most decorated female track athlete, winning a record 13 gold medals. She also won gold medals at last year's state meet in the long jump and triple jump.
Her goal for this year's state meet is to become the Valley's first female to win the 100 and 200 meter dashes.
