THE EFFECTS OF THE GLOBAL RECESSION HAVE BEEN FELT ALL OVER THE CENTRAL VALLEY, EVEN DOWN TO THE HIGH SCHOOL FOOTBALL FIELDS.
ONE EXAMPLE IS IN EXETER, WHERE THE SCHOOL BOARD WAS FORCED TO DROP FRESHMAN FOOTBALL AS PART OF A 30 THOUSAND DOLLAR BUDGET CUT.
