    Saddle Creek Golf Resort is trying to drive up business. The course is located in Copperopolis in the Central Sierra Valley. It's about a 2 hour drive from Fresno (about 50 miles north of Merced). It's a retirement community but like many golf courses in this economy, Saddle Creek is trying to increase traffic which means more affordable greens fees for the average golfer.
