It was quite a homecoming for Buchanan grad Ryan Flores, who was back in the 5-5-9 with #10 American University to hit the mat against Cal State Bakersfield.
Flores came into the match at Clovis North High School undefeated and ranked as the number one heavyweight in the country.
Flores improved to (6-0) by pinning freshman Steven Wood at 2:54.
#10 American University beat Cal State Bakersfield 26-16.
