The Super Bowl Champion New York Giants beat out Fresno State for the Best Upset at the Espy Awards. The Bulldogs were nominated for the award following their cinderella run to their first College World Series Title.

Fresno losses to the big town with more people to vote. In our hearts we know who realy won. This team inspired young kids with both sportsmanship and character. It wasen't about money, there was no long hair hanging out of their helmets, it was just about a group of young kids who believed in them selfs, had a great time and represented Fresno with pride and honor. It was all about the love of the game.
