Olson, Major victorious at 'Rumble in the Park'

Fresno native Casey Olson by submission, Matt Major defeated UFC veteran Shone Carter and over 4000 fans got up close and personal with UFC legend "The Iceman" Chuck Liddell.

Not a bad night at the park.

The 'Rumble at the Park' was highlighted by Olson, the Fresno native who improved his record to 9-2 with a first round victory over bantamweight champion Rolando Velasco. Olson has now won three matches by submission.

Major defeated Shone Carter by unanimous decision after three hard-fought rounds. The night got started with a bang as Andy Miranda of Napa Valley defeated Francisco Loredo of Coalinga 10 seconds into the first round. Miranda caught Loredo with a right hand while charging his opponent.
