KSEE Kickoff reaches the mid-point in the 2009 season with a pair of exciting matchups on the marquee. The best game in town was at Veterans Memorial Stadium, where the Buchanan Bears rallied to take a 2nd half lead and made it stand tall against a game San Joaquin Memorial squad, pulling out the 28-21 victory. At Chukchansi Park, Clovis West fell in an early 14-0 hole against Edison, then reeled off 28 unanswered points en route to a 28-14 victory. The Clovis North Broncos also continued their winning ways with a convincing 63-0 victory over Independence.
