The Fresno State Bulldogs will kickoff the 2011 college football season at 4 pm Saturday, September 3rd against Cal. The game will be aired nationally on Comcast Sportsnet California.
Even though Berkeley and Fresno are separated by a four hour drive, the Bulldogs and the Golden Bears have only played twice in their history.
Fresno State has won both games 25-24, in 1995 and 17-3, in 2000.
