Former Clovis West standout Jeff Tuel was selected to the Davey O'Brien watch list.
Tuel appeared in just three games last season for Washington State while battling injuries. As a Sophomore in 2010, Tuel threw for more than 27-hundred yards and 18 touchdowns while starting all 12 games.
