Marine Sergeant Dejon Baskin took the stand again Friday. He's on trial for allegedly trying to kill his wife and two of her family members.

The attack happened in Reedley in 2009. Prosecutors say Baskin is a cold-calculated killer that didn't want to pay spousal support.

Baskin's defense attorney says his client suffers from PTSD. Baskin served three tours in Iraq.

If convicted, Baskin could spend the rest of his life in jail. Since he's charged with pre-meditated attempted murder, the jury could set Baskin free if they believe he's mentally ill.
