Ice Bar in Minnesota

In Rochester, Minnesota... construction began on an ice bar... right in the middle of downtown.
It's part of the eleventh annual Winterfest... that takes place over the next couple of weeks.
This bar is one of seven that are being built.
Each bar will have a theme along with a signature drink.
