The 500 block of Road 152 is quiet. It's just north of Delano in Tulare County. People in the area didn't want to talk on camera, and many had no idea a drug bust went down recently.

It stemmed from a week long investigation into the sales and transportation of meth. Tulare County narcotics detectives followed leads to a home on this block. Searched it and found ten pounds of the drug. It doesn't sound like much, but on the street that amount could be worth close to half a million dollars. Detectives also found scales and packaging materials in the home.

The sheriff's office wasn't available for comment, and neighbors weren't willing to point out the home. Only one neighbor said he saw the bust, but he didn't want to be identified.

Off camera he said he's noticed drug related activity on the street, and he's glad the sheriff's department did something about it.

Detectives are still investigating the case, and the bust didn't land anyone behind bars.

If you have any information about this case, you are urged to call the Tulare County Sheriff's Office.
