Fresno police have arrested three men believed responsible for a string of robberies in northern and central California.
36-year-old Rozelle Summerise, 38-year-old Darrell Johnson, and 42-year-old Jules Hollis were arrested. Seven of the robberies happened in Fresno within a three week period. They include the CVS pharmacy on East Shields, Foods Co and Crosslands Inn on West Shaw, Arco mini mart and Motel 6 on Blackstone, and two Check-and-Go stores.
Police say the men are also behind a store robbery in Madera, burglarizing high end stores in Sacramento and the bay area. A total of about $5,500 were taken from the businesses in Fresno, and about $100,000 in merchandise from the businesses in northern California.
