Valadao Sworn in to 113th Congress

Thursday marked a new beginning in Washington as members of the 113th Congress were sworn in.

There were plenty of fresh faces, including Valley Republican representative David Valadao.

Valadao is part of a history making group of lawmakers who comprise the most diverse congress in history, with more African Americans, Latinos and women than ever.
