Body Building for nearly 50 years

Jack Scow has been body buiilding for 50 years.
His first competition was in 1974. He didn't win that event, but three years later, he was named Mr. Golden State.

Scow will compete in San Francisco and next month in New York at the National Bodybuilding Championship.

He's also a personal trainer at Sierra Sport on Blackstone.
