Recipe:
1 Heart of Romaine (Washed and Chopped)
Croutons:
Day old french bread.
Cube into 1in Squares
Salt
Pepper
Granulated Garlic
2 tbsp Extra Virgin olive oil
Coat and place on flat pan in a 350 degree oven until lightly toasted.
Dressing:
1/4 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 Large Egg
Juice of 1 lemon
2 cloves garlic
1 inch of Anchovie Paste
2 tbsp grated Parmesan
Mix in a food processor or assemble all ingredients and whisk until well combined.
Place Romaine on a large plate and dress. Add croutons and shaved Parmesan to finish.
