Firebaugh Restaurant Owner Retires After 45 Years

He's been feeding the valley's west side for 45 years, but Jack Minnite says the time has come to say good-bye. He's closing his restaurant business: Jack's Prime Time Family Restaurant.

It's a huge loss for his regular customers. Some stop by everyday for lunch.

Jack and his wife Genell will remain involved in their community. Jack serves on the board of West Hills College and on the local planning commission. His retirement will allow him more time with his wife, his kids and grandchildren.
