Rocky Road Ice Cream was made back in 1929. It first was created with walnuts, marshmallows, and chocolate ice cream. Now, almonds have taken over for walnuts and is one of America's favorite ice creams.
Fresno State Dairy makes its own ice cream and Rocky Road is one of the many that can be bought at the Gibson Market on campus.
Lindsey Pena was there to talk to a student that works at the dairy to see how they make it.
