Miss California 2011

Last weekend, one lucky woman was crowned Miss California 2011. Noelle Freeman, who just graduated from college last month, now represents the state with the prestigious title. She took the crown over 59 other women who competed in the pageant. She will represent California in the 2012 Miss USA pageant in Las Vegas.
