The African-American Cultural & Historical Museum is hosting a Sweet Potato Pie Contest on Thursday, May 5, during ArtHop. Lindsey Pena went to the "Taste This" Soul Food restaurant in southeast Fresno to find out what it takes to make an award-winning pie.
