The Crock Pot's Not Just for Winter Anymore

Pulled Pork Sandwhich

Ingredients
— 1 or 2 lbs pork shoulder, loin, or roast
— 1 onion, chopped
— 2 cloves garlic, minced
— 1 tsp kosher salt
— 1 tsp black pepper
— 1 to 2 cups barbecue sauce
— buns
— shredded cabbage

Place pork shoulder, onion, garlic, salt pepper, and juice into crock pot. Set on high. Pork takea about four to six hours to cook. When done, put in bowl, add barbeque sauce and mix to break apart meat. Place meat on bun then top with cabbage. Enjoy.
