Where's the rain? This is a desert, time to fire up my HAARP buster and correct this anomaly... Government has screwed up the weather alright, let the weather modification experiment wars begin!

Up here in YLP we are in a hot air bubble, an inversion layer no one ever discovered, until now! Its from Fresno's Asphalt jungle, enjoy the hot air hell, 116F yesterday. Enough already is this Phoenix AZ / Death Valley? No Thunderstorms no life here
