We noticed that the drain was getting clogged, and the streets were flooded, and coming into out yard,and drive way, so we had to go get some sandbags,because it was going to flood our garage in Tulare.It was raining so hard,it was hard to take pictures , my camera wouldn't focus, the drops were so big, and falling so fast.
