Snow was covering and burying a large part of our country and bad weather around the holidays was everywhere. We drove to Idaho to spend the holidays with our family and we were awed by the beauty all around us everywhere!! We loved the snow and got to feel our 1st sub zero weather. My husband and our 5 year old grandson made snow people and had a blast!!! Grandson did most the work with Grandpa as supervisor so snowman had Mohawk and few more 5 year old touches. Later we stepped it up to make Snow Mermaid, but the sunset sure made a nice coloring. This was in Lava Hot Springs, Idaho around the 19th of December 2010. As Central Valley Fresno people, we found the snow and cold weather fun and exciting and a white Christmas a gift from God!! We felt you make a bad situation into a good thing the best you can. The news of some areas buried in snow was very sad but we could not have been happier with our experience!!!
Snow + so we made good out of the bad!!!
