lan Institute of Cosmetology will hold an open house at its Visalia campus. The event is open to the public, and guests will enjoy a tour of the cosmetology classrooms and student salon, a free workshop on the cosmetology industry, raffle prizes, giveaways, refreshments and live music by Q97.
