I'm Loni Chennault.. mommy and baker! Baking is my passion and here is my amazingly delicious carrot cake with maple icing recipe!

Carrot Cake:
*2 Cups of flour
*2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
*1/4 teaspoon ground all spice
*1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
*1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
*2 teaspoons baking soda
*1/2 teaspoon salt
*3 large eggs
*1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
*1/2 cup brown sugar
*2/3 cup veggie oil
*1/2 cup milk
*2 cups grated carrots
*1 1/2 cups crushed pineapple, mostly drained

Maple Icing:
*1/2 cup butter
*8oz cream cheese
*2 teaspoons maple syrup
*16-32 oz powdered sugar, depending on consistency needed

Garnish with brown sugar for extra deliciousness :)
