A man driving east bound on Clinton ave was driving a pickup pulling a trailer full of lawn care equipment when he hit a parked car sending both vehicles onto the lawn of a nearby apartment complex. I began filming just as Fresno Police arrested the driver of the pickup. 20 min ago 5/23/2011 See video if same accident.
