Gino has been going to Children's Hospital Central California for the last year for treatment for Leukemia. Although he started treatment in Sacramento 18 months ago, adapting to a new hospital was not hard for him because he has grown knowing that he goes to the hospital and dr. office on the regular. Gino is really a fighter; being diagnosed with cancer at 18 months and still smiling on a daily basis is what keeps us going. Gino is an incredible boy because with all that he has gone through and continues to go through he still shows love and happiness. He is just like every other 3 year old except he goes to the Dr. more often than most. Anyone who meets Gino learns to love him immediately. He is a blessing to not only his family, but anyone he comes in contact with.
