Found dog had been wandering the neighborhood for about 2-3 weeks. Finally had a dog I was dog-sitting for friend it and was able to get it into the back yard. Can't tell if it's female or male but it is black/white with one blue eye, right eye missing. It's wearing a red collar but no tags. Please find his/her home/owner!
