Can you help me on June 12, 2012 I was running at Tulare Union and someone broke into my car and stole my purse. I don’t really mind the purse or credit cards that can be replaced but they stole my WEDDING RING and I am so sad and disappointed in how nasty and evil people can be. The wedding ring is very unique my husband designed for me it’s one of a kind. Can you show a picture of it on television, there is a police report the case number is 12-04460 and they can contact the Tulare police at 685-3454
