Hello, fellow pet lovers, this story I hope will touch your hearts & make you smile. This is Angel, a Shitzu that found me on the street as I walked my other two dogs about 4 1/2 years ago, if you can imagin my other two dogs were going crazzzy BUT not Angel he remain as calm as can be friendly and trying to kiss me when I saw him the first thing I did was look for his owner but nobody was around so as I often do I take strays home give them water food check for tags call owners or take them to the pound and let thenm handel it, but there were no tags or collar, BUT there was somthing special about this litle guy, and my heart just broke to see him so neglectedand and in pain, his nails were so over grown he could not walk right his hair so matted I had to shave it all off down to his skin, his ears so infected I took him to the vet and had him checked for micro chip but nothing came up his ears were so bad he needed medication for three weeks and with all that he still had the most gentil disposition I have ever come across in a dog, when I got home my husband said "OH NO YOU DON'T I ABSOLUTELY DON'T WANT THAT DOG HERE", not that he doese't like dogs but he thought 2 were enough, and then I told him I am not going to keep him I just want to clean him up, and put up some flyers and an ad in the fresno bee which I did all that. And being the over protective mother that I am I did not give details about angel other than small dog and area, plenty of people called wanting him some wanted to buy him, BUT only one said the sweetest and then described him to the T my heart sank, after two weeks we did not think anyone would claim him and the whole family loved him by now, but I told my daughter we need to do the right thing, so I went to take angel to the lady which turned out lived only one street away the exact address as ours and as you can imagin we were all tears, by now Angel is spoild he loves car rides he and his brothers get one every day, we got to the lady's house and just like a movie I'm all tears coulden't talk I held my arms out angel was in them of cours!! she took him and as I was walking away all I heard was oh oh (the lady) and angel making his sqweeky cry as I walked away and he was wigeling in her arms trying to go with me, But then the lady said HEY why don't you keep him you obiously love him and he you, so I grabed him thanked her and took off as fast as I could before she changed her mind. When I got home my daughters tears turned to laughter they kissed each other the other boys tais are a wagin & we are happy once more!!. Here comes the funny part my husband thought I never went to the lady's house and stold angel until about two months later on one of the boyses car rides I took him to meet her and her husband. And now this many years later anybody want to guess who belongs toangel??? in the family that's right, DAD, dad spoils that dog roten all angel has to do is squeek and dad knows what angel wants and thats what angel gets.
