Well to make a long story short, we've been living in this home for 3 years now and all the neighbors surrounding us all have beautiful backyards, except us.... My wife and I have been so busy with work and our seven-year-old that we haven't had the time to sit down and plan out our backyard. Through the years we've missed so many opportunities to host parties for our child as well as friends and neighbors, because we are so embarrassed by our yard or lack of one. As you can tell in the last picture, we haven't even had time to get any window treatments. If we're lucky enough to win this contest, I'm sure all our neighbors, especially the family that lives across the way, would appreciate not having to "see" us so much! hahaha....
