Can This Be More Depressing Looking?

Can't Get Any Uglier Than This!

We moved into our newly built house in Coarsegold over 2 years ago and still have not been able to do our backyard. Its pretty much just dirt, rocks, weeds and well, ugliness. Its embarrassing to have a gorgeous view in the front of our house and such a depressing one out back -- we have several big windows that look out to the back so its very noticable! We would love to eventually be able to put in sprinklers, grass, flowers & a patio area to enjoy the view in back, relax and have an nice area for our son to be able to play in. With going from two incomes to one with my being a stay-at-home mom now, there is no telling when we'll get it started & finished! Help us KSEE 24!!

Ok, my sympathy for all of the other entries sob stories, but, I'm wondering: what the heck can be done for THIS yard?? If this contest is about challenging projects, this one has to be it!! 1/2 of a mountain for 1/2 of your yard?

Kudos to Pat 4 the comments! Sorry to hear everyone's "poor me" stories, but it's so nice 2 read this person just doing a simple entry! That said - this particular project is screaming Imagination!! Creativity!! Blank Canvas with Beautiful Frame!!

These folks are hardworking, very special people. Recently blessed with new baby boy. Will be trying to go from 2-income family to a 1-income family, and are thankful they have the opportunity to experience the "stay-at-home" mom experience!!
