Moved back to Visalia from Santa Barbara, and bought my 1st home 1/2008. So I bought a new home, but did not realize how much work it is, since it is just a bare bones home. So, I took my just do it attitude and did all my landscaping, painting on my own and fixtures as well with help from my family. Was done in 2 months. It was fun, and my wife and I have both demanding careers, but got it done.

I did better than lawn seeds, I bought SOD. Look at the after pictures.

Looks like yourbetter off than alot of people ,you have a brand new home,go buy some lawn seeds............
