My kids need a place to play

My name is Kelly and I am a Special education teacher and my husband is a local police officer. We currenlty live in a 1917 year old home with two bedrooms and one bath with plenty of room in the backyard. We live on a very busy street where we gets lots of traffic from ambulances, school busses and every day commuters. This is not a safe place for our four and three year old to play. We would really like to have a nice backyard where we can enjoy spending quality time as a family having BBQ's, birthday day parties and watching the kids play together in a safe place. We would like to add a back covered patio, landscape with grass and flowers and trees. This would make being in our backyard a whole lot more enjoyable and safe for our children.
