Need a new backyard

When it rains the yard is higher than the patio and flowerbed next to house. So it floods the patio and use to seap into the room below the level of the yard. Worked so hard digging a trench around the yard so I have a trench of water when it really rains. Would love to get the yard lowered to same level as the house.
