Win Big or Stay Home

My name is Cheryl Wolden and I live in Pixley, CA. I live with my husband of 32 years, 2 sons and my mother-in-law. The reason that I would like to be on Deal or No Deal is so that I can pay off my son's student loans. I don't think that it is fair that students of middle class parents come out of college owing more money in student loans that what their parent's paid for their homes. I would also like to build on a mother-in-law quarters to my house. Over 3 years ago my mother-in-law had a stroke, she was not able to take care of herself and my father-in-law who has emphasema, so since my husband is their only child they came to live with us. A year ago we had to give up and put my father-in-law in a resthome but Shirley is still with us. I know she would love to have her on space, and privacy, but still be near enough for us to take care of her. Since we are trying to help our oldest son go to college, right now it is impossible for us to build on to our house. It would be great to win the million dollars so that we could afford to help them both out.
