My name is Meg and My husband and I are ranchers we raise beef cows in the San Juaquine Valley. Any one that is a rancher knows you dont do it for the money you do it for the pure love of the work, the work is rough and tough and hours are not set to 8-5, I work a full time job, and then work another full time job on night and weekends with the cows and my husband. We are at the point know where some one has to be fulltime with the cows, but someone still has to make money. We are scrambling to hold on to what we have worked so hard for. But with the price of hay, property, fuel, like anyone els we feel like we are spinning our wheels. So if I could get a golden ticket it might be a life changing experience for me and my family all together.
