The Captain you inerviewed is not telling the trouth he and the rest of the Lindsay Police officers have been told many times of City workers parked on sidewalks and and in handicapped areas and they have always said they were on calls or that the handicapped areas were illegal so they could park there The Problem we have here go all the way to the Lindsay City Manager The Lindsay Disability Coordinator The Lindsay Police Chief and tHe Lindsay City Council who have known of these problems for many years but have done nothing to fix these problems

In this picture the Handicapped parking space is not a legal handicapped space. In order for it to be a legal handicapped space it must have a sign posted on a pole or the wall, not just painted on the ground. Get your facts straight b4 u accuse.

There are no legal Handicapped parking places in Lindsay except at the schools. None of the several multimillion $ projects are Handicapped accessible. City hall, public works, etc are not legally accessible either.
