mommy makeovers

I just emailed this letter to Kaye M. Riolo, MD, a plastic surgeon here in Fresno. I just thought I'd e mail it to you too!

Hi my name is Sarah Pavelski. I am a mom of two handsome sons, both weighing almost ten pounds at two c section births. I am 5'3 117 pounds. I take good care of myself and while I was pregnant, I did not gain to much weight for fear of what it would do to my body. (my husband is a hunk!) so I want to keep myself looking good too.
My mother had three kids no stretch marks! Its in the genes they say... Well not really. My belly button sticks out now. My husband calls it Gary, the name of the snail on Sponge Bob,,, I laugh, but really I am to embarrassed to take off my shirt. I know he means well. But even my shirt does not hide my protruding button, it sticks out so much. And I have a little looseness to my belly that was never there before and the stretch marks around my belly button look like a sun. (not a pretty sun.)
I know I am a pretty twenty nine year old woman. Even kinda sexy. I need some help. (boobs too!)
I swear, if it happens when you get pregnant, well than it all happen to me! Even a little malasma on my face! ehhh...
I would love to be a role model for other Mommy's that have given up on themselves. I see them all over Fresno. Just like me. I don't think a lot of them even know what options there are. Maybe a morning program like Central Valley to Day on NBC should cover a mommy going through the transformation.
Well anyways, I am interested in going through some plastic surgery's to regain the real me.

Thanks for listening!

Sarah Pavelski

So what your saying is you want somebody to pay for your "transformation" when there are thousands of sick and terminal ill patients that needed money to help pay for their medical cost. ladie your kids are great but I think your breast can wait.
