The mountain towns of Mariposa and Oakhurst were beneficiaries of the hard work Merced and Clovis put into landing the newest stage of the Tour of California Cycling Race. This is the fourth annual Amgen race so there's hope for a repeat next year if race organizers liked what they saw in the two gateway communities of Yosemite National Park.
