TYhe Sierra Nevada covered with new snow, set a fine scene for the 4th Stage of the Tour of Claifornia Cycling Race. After three days of rain and cold, the Central Sierra region of California turned on the lights and cranked up the heat for the stage that covered the most elevation change.
