Relay For Life…is a unique, challenging and fun way to raise money for the American Cancer Society. This year’s 8th annual Relay will be held at Reedley College. The Relay involves forming a team and keeping one of your team members on the track during the entire 24 hours.

The Relay begins by honoring survivors. There will be entertainment, food, ceremonies, a Kids’ Kamp and lots of fun for all. Locks of Love will be present. Iit is a public non-profit organization that provides hairpieces to financially disadvantaged children in the United States and Canada under age 18 suffering from long-term medical hair loss from any diagnosis.

On Saturday: “Cruising for Jesus” car show will be from 8-2:00; Mark Olson (cancer patient) will be showing his self-built “Cancer Car” hot rod from 2:30 and will be joined by some cars from the “Nomad Car Club”; Kings Canyon Unified School District will be displaying their emissions free bus; as well as many other activities.
