I was on my way home from work around 6:20pm on road 140 going north to Bardsley Ave in Tulare when I seen flock after flock of birds go west to get away from the storm. I all so seen this man on a tractor trying to bet the rain and head back to the house. The storm hit fast here in Porterville to Tulare.
