Late March, I heard a scratching at the back sliding glass door. I looked out and saw a beautiful Roadrunner scratching and pecking at the window, with a lizard in it's mouth. When I got up to get a closer look, it ran away. Everyday since, it has returned for another lizard meal. Scratching and pecking at the window. After it's first visit this morning, my 15 year old son Tyler, who is usually at school and hasn't seen it much, got the camera ready for its' return. He snapped this photo and another. While writing this he made his 3rd visit of the day.
Thie Roadrunner has been visiting us for nearly 2 weeks now. This was his second visit of the day.
