COPS PULLING MAN OUT OF CAR

I don't know exactly what happened I just saw the Police Officer knocking on the window of the white SUV. THe SUV tried to push through some car and the cop started pulling the guy out. A couple onlookers jumped out to help the officer. This was just off the 41 Freeway and Friant exit at about 5pm Friday June 19th
