5). GRILL CHICKEN THIGH FOR 5-7 MINUTES PER SIDE ON DIRECT HEAT.
6). BRUSH PAPPY’S SWEET & TANGY BBQ SAUCE ON BOTH SIDES OF CHICKEN THIGH MEAT, CARMELIZE THE BBQ SAUCE ON BOTH SIDES APPOXIMENTLY 1-2 MINUTES AND SERVE..
