INGREDIENTS:
4 Quart:
4 Cups whole milk
1 Cup whipping cream
1 Can evaporated milk
2 Cups sugar
4 Eggs
1 Teaspoon vanilla
6 Quart:
7 Cups whole milk
1 Pint whipping cream
1 Can evaporated milk
3 Cups sugar
6 Eggs
2 Teaspoons vanilla
DIRECTIONS:
Beat 2 cups of whole milk, whipping cream, evaporated milk, sugar, eggs and vanilla with an electric mixer until sugar is dissolved. Pour into container of an ice cream maker. Pour whole milk to line indicator of ice cream container. Place paddle into container and blend well. Freeze according to manufacturer's instructions.
