this fire happened on july 3rd 2009 near willis and race street.
The flames took about 5 or 10 minutes to reach the telephone wires and jump the alley. Firefighters responded quickly and had the fire out in about 10 minutes but the damage was done.
About one month later someone set a fence on fire in the same alley burning my neighbors fence to the ground.
